David
Teaches Fridays at Bachata Lab
David has an extensive background in teaching music and has been dancing for over 10 years. Bachata lessons focus on foundational building blocks to be used for improv social or performance settings.
David helps to answer these types of questions: What individual things can I focus on to improve today? What training concepts should I prioritize to sustain my growth? How do I improv and combine movements? How can I watch a random video and "see" how a move is created? How can I incorporate new ideas into complex patterns and transfer into variations? How does Bachata history affect musicality and style?
Please ask about complex patterns and David will break down the movements into easy training exercises to fundamentally improve while giving feedback on priority challenges.
Main style: Moderna/Urban Bachata and Sensual Bachata (Korke & Judith style).
